To fully outsource the Online Store management, this is the top-up service package for the 24x7 Customer Service and Logistic services for your eCommerce business e.g. Amazon, ebay and Shopify.
Most of marketplace policy requires seller to reply the customer enquiries within 24 hours. Otherwise, this will impact on the seller performance metric.
Scope of Services
1. Customer Service: Reply customer enquiries within 24 hours and 7 days per week.
2. Ordering* : Pick up the goods from your supplier and deliver to our office for logistic preparation.
3. Logistic: Prepare the invoice, packaging, warehouse label, shipping.
The service fee will be charged in maximum 50 orders. The subscription fee is in HKD and will be charged via Paypal. User can terminate the service at any time.
